Your ministry is an important one, and I know how you feel sometimes it is hard when you have no one as a partner to share this with. Keep praying about this as the Lord will bring into your life that partner that He wants you to have, just be patient and keep seeking the Lord in this need.
I prayed about this when I was young and again later after I had lost my first husband to a heartattack. The Lord is very good at picking out a mate for us when we follow His guidance and leading in our lives.
I am been married and widowed twice, but the Lord picked out both of them for me and I am not sorry about putting it into His most capable hands.

I am asking for your prayer in regards to my ministry. I want the Lord to keep me faithful so that I would always be effective in His cause. Secondly I am seeking a life partner and it is getting so difficult to find a quality person in these times. I would like to find my soulmate so that I would be serve God better.
